Straight answers

The questions this desk asks first

Is 758 technical reports the whole market?

It is every NI 43-101 technical report filed on SEDAR in the 2020–2026 window that our pipeline has processed, refreshed on a rolling cadence as new reports land. The ~190 verified-economics subset is smaller by design: a project only carries NPV/IRR if the figures passed all three verification checks against the filing text.

Does it cover projects worldwide?

It covers the projects of Canadian-listed issuers filing on SEDAR. Those properties span the globe, but the universe is defined by NI 43-101 reporting — we say so rather than overstate it.

What about French-language filings?

Sentence-level search is bilingual — ask in English or French and it searches both across ~46M sentences of SEDAR filings (2021–2026).

How fresh is SEDAR coverage?

New filings surface in roughly 15 minutes, and material change reports are classified into the event timeline as they arrive.
